The beach is flat and sandy but is approaced via a steep deep bank of stones.

It has a large garden with a patio to rear, it is all completely flat and well lit from the 
roadside (Lamp post at end of driveway). 

All doors have clear openings of at least 800mm. 
All electrical switches and power points are approx 1100mm above floor level.

The bungalow is generally light and bright from natural light sources. 
There is a telephone for incomming calls only which allows call to the emergency services.

All necessary shops are some 600 yards away on the same level.
